This dynamic husband and wife team are considered Canadian Staging pioneers and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience to every job. From 400 sq foot bachelor apartments to multi million dollar penthouse suites, TCSD teams have helped sell hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate.

Darren Brand C.S.P. – Creative Director, Owner
Darren is the co-founder and Lead Designer at TCSD. He has over 30 years experience in the design/decorating field and was one of the first Stagers in Canada to be accredited by Certified Staging Professionals. Darren brings his experience and keen sense of style to every project. He oversees every staging and makes sure our team of stagers have a healthy obsession with the details that sets TCSD apart. When he’s not staging, designing or shopping, you will find him scouring the thrift stores for vintage finds. He loves all things mid century and has a crazy obsession with stripping furniture!
Lucie Brand C.S.P. – Business Manager, Owner
Lucie is the co-founder of TCSD and has been committed to educating homeowners and realtors alike on the benefits of staging for the last 20 years. With over 4000 properties under her belt, Lucie can convert even the worst skeptics. Her favourite part of her job is meeting people from all walks of life and helping them with the transition from for sale to sold. She is passionate about offering a quality service to her clients across the GTA. Together, Lucie & Darren form a dynamic design team, having helped sell hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate over the last 20 years.
Shawna Medwedyk – Project Manager/Stager
Shawna has been with the company for 13 years and has worn many hats. She currently plays a key role in making sure our stagings are carried out seamlessly. Not only is she an administrator extraordinaire, but she is also one of our very talented stagers. A multi-talented individual, she has a reputation for humour, hard work, creativity, and is an absolute asset to the Toronto Condo Staging and Design Inc team. When she is not doing all she does for TCSD, you will find this very talented lady working on her artwork! Yes, she does it all!
